The Executive Board

The Executive Board meets every four to six weeks and decides on projects applied for at the foundation. The Executive Board regularly reports to the Board of Trustees on its work and receives advice. It also represents the foundation externally. The following people are members of the Friedel & Gisela Bohnenkamp-Stiftungs Executive Board:

The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees meets twice a year and discusses, among other things, the foundation's content and strategy. The Board of Trustees of the Friedel & Gisela Bohnenkamp-Stiftung consists of the following members:

  • Prof. Dr. Norbert Winkeljohann (Chairman of the Board of Trustees)
    Independent management consultant
  • Prof. Dr. Torsten Arnsfeld (Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees)
    Professor of Business Administration at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences
  • Dr.-Ing. Albert Scherger (Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees)
    Retired Chairman of the Management Board of KM Europa Metal AG
  • Prof. Dr. Götz Alsmann
    Honorary Professor of Popular Music at the University of Münster, musician and presenter
